Beautiful, centrally located hotel - recommend!
Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to center of Copenhagen, all the shopping/restaurants, short walk to both Tivoli and Nyhavn. Room and bathroom very spacious and comfortable, lovely hygiene products for showers. Our room was facing the courtyard with their Donna restaurant, which some may found noisy, but we enjoyed the music and the buzz of people socializing. With windows closed the noise was cancelled out. Staff were very friendly - booked restaurant, taxi and anything else we wanted.
I think it is a consistent feedback across Copenhagen hotels where the rooms get very warm as it centrally heated and cant be regulated. We ended up with open windows most of the time to get fresh air in. It was a little noisy in mornings with rooms starting to get clean as walls seemed very thin, but nothing a pair of earplugs would not fix. Would definitely stay again if in Copenhagen.

A great hotel, great atmosphere better for couples or families with older kids perfect location and good value for money
The hotel is beautiful the staff were really lovely and at checkin they told our daughter Santa had left a gift for her under the Christmas tree which she was able to choose. It was such a lovely touch. A great restaurant on site to which we ate in one night and food was really good. The family room was such a great setup and would be especially good for older kids
The room was so hot!! We were there in December but it was so uncomfortably warm in the room. Our room Looked into the restaurant and the great atmosphere from the bar and restaurant travelled up to the room which meant the noise was loud and going reasonably late. This would have been fine if we weren’t with our daughter but as we were there with a three year old we were starting our day early and finishing early so found the music difficult at times.
